Step 1: Finalize a loan Program
Only client who have finalized a loan with Partna Investments are eligible for our guided mentorship. Which includes guidance with:
* Pre-investment property purchase guidance on items needed and best practices to close a purchase transaction and steps needed after closing a purchase transaction.
*Best procedures post-closing a purchase transaction.
*Steps to protect yourself with contractors
*Step by step guidance and practices during the renovation process.
*Advise on how to position sale of completed property.
*Post-renovation sales instructions and tax guidance
Step 2: Elect To Close Loan with Mentorship Guidance at .5% Origination
You are able to add a .5% origination fee to your Partna Investments investment purchase loan agreement, up front, to qualify for the mentorship program.
Step 3: Elect to Close Loan with Mentorship Guidance at 1% on Sale of Investment Property
You are able to add a 1% loan servicing fee to your Partna Investments investment property sale. We walk you through the purchase, remodel and on the closing of the investment sale, we collect a 1% service fee for the mentorship through the entire process.
